  1. Prices:

The prices on the website of the Hotel Fenix are in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due from the client is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the period.

All types of meals or services are included only if explicitly stated .

Hotel Fenix reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available seats. In case of already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the submitted new price offers.

Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

4.1. Electronically by debit or credit card

We accept payments with Visa , MasterCard , Diners ,. Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us. For more information you can get on the Stripe.com website

4.2 By bank transfer

Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt of confirmation of the reservation. In case the date of arrival is shorter than 48 hours, immediate payment of the amount due is required. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to : rez_bhhotels@balkanholidaysint.com the reservation number ( ID №) must be entered in the payment basis.

4.3 In cash, at the reception of the Strazhite Hotel

For bookings with a starting date on the same day of check-in, it is advisable to choose cash payment at reception to speed up the booking processing process.

  1. Reservation confirmation and cancellation policy:

The online reservation is considered confirmed after it has been successfully completed and a confirmation will be issued, sent to the email address provided in your details. The reservation is considered a guarantee upon payment of the full amount. Upon check-in, you are required to present your booking confirmation together with your identity document (national registration card, passport, driver’s license or other identification card or document, as required by the hotel).

If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact us at rez_bhhotels@balkanholidaysint.com

The customer indicated on the booking confirmation must be the person staying at the hotel, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation – on confirmed hotel reservations without penalty is possible up to 2 days before arrival. After this period, the client pays a penalty of 2 nights. In case of non-appearance or cancellation of the non-refundable rate, Hotel Strazhite retains 100% of the amounts paid for online reservations. All refunds of bookings paid by card are made only on the same card used for the payment.

6.1 Check-in and check-out times:

If the room is vacated later, in cases where this is possible and agreed in advance with the Reception, an additional fee will be charged as follows:

  • if the room is vacated by 18:00, a fee is due, according to the announced price list for late release
  • if the room is vacated after 18:00, a payment in the amount of 100 (one hundred)% of the value of the night is due

6.2 Accommodation at the hotel is done by presenting a booking confirmation and personal documents proving the identity of the guests. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for other purposes.

6.3 Smoking – Customers are not allowed to smoke in the rooms or in closed areas of the establishments. Smoking is allowed in the hotel’s outdoor areas.

6.4 Children – All children (under 12 years old) staying at the hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be monitored by an adult at all times.

6.5 Extra beds (sofa bed / armchair) are available. Additional fees may apply. Please check at the time of booking.

6.6 Pets – only allowed if they weigh less than 5 kg. Pet fee is one-time according to the announced price list . Liability and damages suffered as a result of the customer’s pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge the account of the pet owner commensurate with the cost of such damages.
